JIC / SAE 37° Flared FittingsThe SAE 37° flared (aka JIC) tube fitting is the most popular configuration of hydraulic fluid connector in North America. While the SAE system is often used for joining tubing in a hydraulic system, it is frequently also used on hose as an end adapter for female SAE swivels, which is the most common and affordable end connection on hydraulic hose assemblies.
UltraFlare offers a superior alternative to a standard SAE Flared fitting through its improved resistance to vibration and sealing reliability. The UltraFlare is also more forgiving of assembly irregularities in the shop or field, such as under flared tubing or under-torqued make-ups.
SAE O-Ring Face Fittings
SAE O-ring face seal (or S-Seal) fittings are manufactured in conformance to SAEJ1453, MIL-F-18866, and ISO 8434-3. They are intended for general applications including hydraulics and vacuum systems. They also have been specified in numerous alternative fuel applications for connecting compressed gas lines.SAE O-ring face seal fittings are for any piping system design which requires the performance advantages of an ORFS fitting and an underlying specification (SAEJ1453 and ISO 8434-3).
Nav-Sea O-Ring Face Seal Fittings
Nav-Sea O-ring face seal (or P-Seal) fittings conform to the requirements of Naval Bureau of Ships (BuShips) 810 series drawings for fluid and gas service up to 3,000 psi. This fitting system is also widely used in general industry and test laboratory environments to system pressures limited by the specifications on the tubing.
Instrumentation Pipe Fittings
Instrumentation stainless steel pipe fittings are available in two designs: TruFit and TruFit 10K pipe fittings. TruFit10K pipe fittings are designed so that all 10K fittings are rated to 10,000 psig. All TruFit and TruFit10K fittings are manufactured to restricted thread tolerances to provide extended thread engagement for a tighter seal.
TruFit Pipe Fittings and Adapter Fittings
TruFit stainless steel pipe fittings are available with NPT, SAE thread, and BSP thread end connections in 316 stainless steel, Alloy 400 and brass. TruFit adapters include tube socket weld, pipe socket weld, butt weld and AN flare fittings and adapters.
TruFit 10K Pipe Fittings and Adapter Fittings
TruFit 10K stainless steel pipe fittings and adapter fittings provide reliable connections in high-pressure systems. All TruFit 10K NPT thread, SAE thread, and BSP thread pipe fittings are designed to be used in system pressures up to 10,000 psig at 100°F (38°C). 316 stainless steel fittings are standard. TruFit 10k fittings are available with a wide variety of AN fittings connects.
Industrial Pipe Fittings

Alloy 400 and brass are also available for many configurations. Industrial pipe fittings are found in hydraulic systems, chemical plants, and all sorts of industrial and military equipment where leak-tight performance is required. All pipe fittings are manufactured to comply with the design criteria of Society of Automotive Engineers Standard J514, and ASME 31.3 and 31.1, and other industry standards.
Threaded Pipe Fittings
NPT and BSP tapered and straight thread pipe fitting and adapters for a wide range of process and utility applications.
Pipe Swivel Fittings are used with hose assemblies to eliminate the need to rotate the entire hose when it is connected and to allow hoses to rotate freely during use.
Koncentric Union Fittings
Koncentric unions are used in applications having high-pressure and vibration conditions such as power generation, compressors, and turbines. The unique design allows frequent leak-tight assembly and reassembly.
Instrumentation Weld Fittings
TruFit Pipe, Weld, and Adapter Fittings are designed and manufactured to provide permanent, reliable connections for high-pressure, high pressure, and hazardous instrument or process applications where welded connections are required. TruFit precision pipe, weld, and adapter fittings are functionally interchangeable with Swagelok, Parker, and Hoke instrumentation quality fittings.
Industrial Weld Fittings
Industrial weld and braze fittings are designed for joining tubing or pipe to other components in fluid or gas systems, especially in applications having high or dynamic pressure, temperatures high vibrations, or in systems where safety requires permanent leak-tight connections. Because of the permanent nature of the seal, weld and braze adapters are frequently used in hydraulic systems with extremely high operating pressures and/or vibration.
